Membership Agreement and User Agreement

Thank you for using Label Camera. This agreement is a contract between you and the APP manager, which has the legal effect of the contract. Please read it carefully.

Membership Agreement

1、 Notice to members

1.1 Membership rights will take effect immediately after the deduction is successful.

1.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Company has the final right to interpret this product.

2、 Member Liability Limitation

2.1 You know and agree that the content uploaded, published or transmitted by users on the Label Camera platform is a personal act of users, and tracing has the right to review and delete, but Label Camera will not be responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, availability, security, integrity and legitimacy of such information and content, and you hereby agree to exempt Label Camera from relevant responsibilities.

2.2 To the extent permitted by law, Label Camera shall not be liable for the service interruption or loss of the account or property in the account due to the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

(1) Damaged by computer viruses, trojans or other malicious programs and hackers;

(2) Communication line failure, network or computer failure, and system instability of telecommunication and network communication departments;

(3) Your improper operation;

(4) You open/use the paid member service in a way not authorized by Label Camera;

(5) Other circumstances beyond Label Camera's fault and beyond his control or reasonable foresight.

2.3 If you are exposed to illegal, illegal, uncomfortable or even fearful or disgusted content, please contact Label Camera in time to deal with it. Thank you for your assistance.

2.4 When you use, watch, share, reprint, forward, and report relevant information and content ("use behavior"), you should make independent judgment and use it legally. If your use behavior causes any damage to yourself or to a third party, Tracer will not bear any responsibility.

2.5 Label Camera has the right to deal with illegal content according to this agreement. This right does not constitute Label Camera's obligation or commitment. Label Camera cannot guarantee to find illegal acts in time or deal with them accordingly. Under no circumstances should you trust loans, passwords or other network information involving property. If property operation is involved, please verify the identity of the other party first, and pay attention to the tips on fraud prevention issued by Label Camera team.

2.6 You understand and agree that the paid member services provided by Label Camera to you may be changed, interrupted, suspended or terminated according to changes in laws and regulations or regulatory policies, requirements of the obligee or copyright owner, requirements of law enforcement or judicial authorities, complaints from other third parties, etc., including but not limited to Label Camera's right to temporarily or permanently seal the voice content involved in the paid member services. If you cannot enjoy the services or content related to paid members due to the above reasons or other reasons, you do not need to obtain your consent in advance, and Label Camera does not need to assume any responsibility.

3、 Change and Termination of the Agreement

3.1 The suspension or termination of the service includes the following situations:

(1) The user actively suspends or terminates, including but not limited to failure to renew when due;

(2) Label Camera voluntarily suspends or terminates the service due to the user's breach of contract;

(3) Follow up suspends or terminates the service due to the requirements of the state or relevant departments or in the event of force majeure;

(4) Other services that should be suspended or terminated according to laws and regulations.

3.2 Due to the particularity of Internet services, legal compliance requirements or changes in authorization, Label Camera has the right to modify, change, suspend or terminate some or all of the services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "change behavior"). You agree and understand that the service provided in accordance with any agreement in this agreement can be changed, interrupted or terminated when AI Dream Generator has made a public announcement or notice. Label Camera does not have to bear any responsibility to you or any third party, but at the same time Label Camera will try to reduce the impact of the change on you. After the change, you can consult us when you find that you cannot log in or enjoy the service.

3.3 Handling after suspension or termination

(1) Except for the responsibilities stipulated by law, Label Camera will not bear any responsibility to the user and any third party for the suspension or termination of this service;

(2) Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, the fees collected will not be refunded;

(3) Keep relevant member data information for a certain period of time, and other member rights will be changed or reduced according to the website provisions;

(4) For ongoing platform transactions, Label Camera will make a reasonable judgment on whether to continue or terminate relevant transactions, and decide whether to refund or deduct relevant fees as liquidated damages as the case may be.

User Agreement

1、 Content, effectiveness and change of this agreement

The content of this agreement includes the text of the agreement and all kinds of rules that have been published or may be published in the future by this APP. All rules are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as the text of the agreement. If you have any questions about the agreement, you should consult this APP. You can become a regular user of this website only after you agree to all the terms of the agreement and complete the registration procedure. After you click the "Agree and Accept" button, this agreement will become effective and binding on both parties.

As long as you use the APP platform services, this agreement will be binding on you. At that time, you should not claim that this agreement is invalid or request to cancel it on the grounds of not reading the contents of this agreement or not receiving the answers to your inquiries from this APP. You confirm that the terms of this agreement are a contract dealing with the rights and obligations of both parties and are always valid. If there are other mandatory provisions or special agreements between both parties, they shall prevail. You promise to accept and abide by the agreement. If you do not agree with the agreement, you should immediately stop the registration process or stop using the APP platform services. This APP has the right to formulate and modify this Agreement and/or various rules from time to time as required, and publicize them on this APP platform without further notice to users. The changed agreements and rules will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. If you do not agree with the relevant changes, you should immediately stop using the APP platform services. If you continue to use the APP platform services, it means that you accept the revised agreements and rules.

2、 Using

The qualified users must be natural persons, legal persons or other organizations with legal capacity and corresponding rights and behaviors, and can independently bear legal liabilities. When you actually use the services of this platform, it is deemed that you have confirmed that you have the subject qualification and can independently bear legal liabilities. If you do not have the subject qualification, you and your guardian shall bear all the consequences.

3、 Disclaimer

The platform only provides information connection, and all disputes have nothing to do with the platform. Please protect their rights and interests through the arbitration department.
