Welcome to use AR Measure-3d Ruler and VIP membership service!

The Software is a subsidiary product of (the "Company" or "Us"). We attach great importance to the protection of users' personal information. When you are preparing to open the membership service of the software (hereinafter referred to as "AR Measure-3d Ruler") (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), you should read and abide by the Paid Member Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Please carefully read and fully understand the contents of each clause, especially the relevant clauses exempting or limiting liability, as well as the separate agreement for opening or using a service, and choose to accept or not to accept. The exclusion or limitation of liability clause may be highlighted in bold. You have no right to use the Services unless you have read and accept all terms of this Agreement. Any purchase, membership acquisition, login, viewing or any other use of the Service by you shall be deemed that you have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

If you are under the age of 18, please read this Agreement with your legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms and conditions for use by minors.

I. [Scope of the Agreement]

1.1 [Scope of Application of the Agreement]

This Agreement is an agreement between you and AR Measure-3d RulerApp for the membership services provided and for your use of the Membership services.

1.2 [Service Content]

This Agreement also includes agreements and business rules related to the AR Measure-3d Ruler Membership Service that have been published or may be continuously published/updated in the future. Once the above content is officially released/updated, it shall be an integral part of this Agreement and you shall also abide by it. In case of any conflict between the text of this Agreement and the foregoing rules, the text of this Agreement shall prevail. Unless otherwise expressly stated, your use of paid Membership services is bound by this Agreement.

Ii. [About the Service]

Membership service means that users can enjoy certain membership privileges or benefits provided by AR Measure-3d RulerApp after paying certain service fees specified by AR Measure-3d RulerApp. The specific service content shall be subject to that provided by AR Measure-3d RulerAPP, including but not limited to time-limited promotion, feature trial, ad-free, discount or free purchase privileges, etc., referred to as: The Service. At the same time, AR Measure-3d Ruler membership service may adjust the existing service types and continuously launch new service types according to the needs of users, changes in product and service types. The MEMBERSHIP service of AR Measure-3d Ruler may also launch specific and different service contents at different times to continuously improve and optimize the service. The specific service types and service content are subject to the content published on the relevant service page and actually provided.

That you enjoy this service may be because of the level, whether the specific content of the annual fee, opening period, you select the specific service category and have different factors, such as, high level, opened the annual fee service, usually opening period is longer than the other cases, such as you will enjoy more services, specific to publish related services page, the actual content shall prevail.

Iii. Rights and Obligations

3.1 [About Fees]

This service is a paid service provided by AR Measure-3d Ruler Membership Service. You can only use this service after paying the corresponding fee according to the charging standard of this service. In addition, you can also enjoy and use the SERVICE in other ways recognized by AR Measure-3d Ruler membership service, such as invitation code and point exchange.

AR Measure-3d RulerApp may modify and change the charging standard and method of the Service according to the overall planning of the Service. The aforesaid modification and change will be displayed on the corresponding service page. If you need to obtain and use the service, please understand the service fee standard and method in advance.

3.2 [Service Opening]

3.2.1 If you want to use the paid member service, you need to log in your AR Measure-3d Ruler member account first, or register your AR Measure-3d Ruler member service account and log in. After successfully logging in to the AR Measure-3d Ruler member service account, apply for opening the paid member service. If you use any other third-party account to log in to AR Measure-3d Ruler membership service, you shall guarantee the stability, authenticity and availability of the third-party account. If you cannot log in to AR Measure-3d Ruler membership service due to the third-party account (such as the closure of the third-party account, etc.), You should contact the company of the third party account. The AR Measure-3d Ruler Membership account you log into when using the paid membership service is the sole basis for AR Measure-3d Ruler to confirm your identity.

3.2.2 You should open the Service after paying a certain fee in accordance with the agreement through existing methods specified by AR Measure-3d Ruler Membership service, including Alipay, wechat, bank card payment and other methods specified by AR Measure-3d Ruler Membership service. When you open the service, you should carefully check the account name, service type, and service duration. AR Measure-3d Ruler will not refund the fees charged if the account is incorrectly topped up, the service or the opening period is incorrect due to your personal reasons. After the service is opened, it cannot be transferred; This service is a virtual commodity or service, and no refund or replacement of other paid products is supported after successful opening.

3.3 [Term of Service]

3.3.1 The term of the Service is subject to the term you choose and pay the corresponding service fee. You can also log in the "My" page of AR Measure-3d RulerApp to check.

3.3.2 The maximum opening period of the Service is subject to certain restrictions, and the specific rules formulated by AR Measure-3d Ruler Membership Service shall prevail.

3.4 [Code of Conduct]

3.4.1 [Five Bans]

When using the Service, you shall not use the Service to engage in the following behaviors, including but not limited to:

(1) Publish, transmit, disseminate and store contents that violate national laws, endanger national security and unity, social stability, public order and good customs, social morality, insult, slander, obscenity and violence;

(2) Publish, transmit, disseminate or store content that infringes others' right of reputation, right of portrait, intellectual property, trade secret and other legal rights;

(3) making up facts and concealing the truth to mislead and deceive others;

(4) Publish, transmit and spread advertising information and junk information;

(5) Engage in other acts in violation of laws, regulations, policies, public order and good customs, social ethics, etc.

3.4.2 [User Prohibited Behavior]

The service is for your personal use only. You are not allowed to:

(1) Collect user names, emails and other relevant information of other users in the Service by any means, and disturb or harass other users by sending spam, chain mail, spam short messages, instant messages and other means;

(2) Publish information including advertising, publicity, promotion and other contents through the Service;

(3) Re-license the Service to others;

(4) Other behaviors without written permission of AR Measure-3d Ruler membership Services.

3.4.3 [Be responsible for your Own Behavior]

You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all actions under your registered account, including but not limited to any content you post and any consequences arising therefrom. You shall use the Content in the Services in your own judgment and assume all risks arising from your use of the Content, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness or usefulness of the Content.

3.5 [Change, Suspension or Termination of Services]

3.5.1 You fully understand and agree that due to the special nature of the Internet service, AR Measure-3d Ruler Membership Service may suspend or terminate the Service to you in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, mutual agreements or other necessary circumstances. At that time, AR Measure-3d Ruler Membership service will protect your legitimate rights and interests in accordance with the law.

3.5.2 You fully understand and agree that due to the limitation of the copyright agreement, AR Measure-3d Ruler Membership service will provide value-added services and charge fees in other ways as required by the copyright Party, which will not be included in the paid membership service. Due to the copyright contract, AR Measure-3d Ruler membership service will have certain restrictions on the region where users open the paid service and the specific time, region and content scope of users to use the service, which may result in users being unable to obtain relevant services in certain regions or time.

3.5.3 You fully understand and agree that AR Measure-3d Ruler Member Service has the right to interrupt or terminate one or more of the content provided to users without informing users of the actual situation if it needs to adjust, change or remove the content due to copyright reasons. AR Measure-3d Ruler Member service does not assume any responsibility for the user's inability to obtain the required content due to the foregoing reasons or other reasons, and does not need to provide any form of compensation or refund.

3.6 [Relevant provisions of Paid Membership]

3.6.1 The paid membership service is only for the application account and cannot be transferred between different AR Measure-3d Ruler member service accounts.

3.6.2 Within the validity period of the paid membership, if you cancel or terminate the paid membership voluntarily, you will not be refunded the paid membership fee.

3.6.3 After the cancellation/termination of the paid membership, you will no longer be able to participate in the membership activities organized by AR Measure-3d RulerApp and will no longer be able to enjoy the privileged services and value-added services provided by AR Measure-3d RulerApp, i.e. no longer enjoy the paid membership services.

Rules for the use of paid members

4.1 You acknowledge that you are a natural person, legal person or other organization with full capacity for civil rights and full capacity for civil conduct, and that you are able to independently assume responsibility for all your actions in using paid membership services. If you do not meet the above qualifications, AR Measure-3d Ruler shall have the right to claim compensation from your guardian or other responsible parties if it requires you to assume responsibilities pursuant to the provisions of the law or the provisions of this Agreement. If you are a natural person, you should provide AR Measure-3d Ruler with your real name, address, email address, contact phone number and other information; If you are a legal person or other organization, you should provide your name, address, contact person and other information.

4.2 You shall properly keep the relevant account number and password, and be responsible for all activities and behaviors of the account. You are prohibited from donating, borrowing, renting, transferring or selling the account. You are responsible for properly keeping, using and maintaining your account, account information and account password obtained through AR Measure-3d Ruler Membership service. AR Measure-3d Ruler shall not be liable for any loss caused by leakage of your account password or improper storage, use or maintenance of your account due to reasons other than those of AR Measure-3d Ruler.

4.3 IF you commit any of the following acts, AR Measure-3d Ruler has the full right to terminate the paid membership service without notice to you, and to limit, freeze or terminate the use of the AR Measure-3d Ruler Membership service account associated with the service. AR Measure-3d Ruler company does not need to give any compensation and refund, and you are solely responsible for this. If any loss is caused to AR Measure-3d Ruler or any third party, you shall be liable for full compensation:

(1) The personal information you provide is untrue or inconsistent with the information you provided during registration and you fail to provide reasonable proof;

(2) Open the Service for itself or others through any program or software such as robot software, spider software, crawler software, screen brush software, etc.;

(3) Open the Service for oneself or others by any improper means or in a manner that violates the principle of good faith;

(4) Open the service for yourself or others by means not specified by AR Measure-3d Ruler Membership Service;

(5) Open the service for yourself or others by violating the membership service of AR Measure-3d Ruler or the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(6) Open the Service for oneself or others in violation of relevant laws, administrative regulations or national policies.

4.4 Under any of the following circumstances, AR Measure-3d Ruler shall have the right to interrupt or terminate one or more or all of the services provided to you without informing you of the actual situation, and you shall be liable for the loss caused thereby without any compensation or refund from AR Measure-3d Ruler. If any loss is caused to AR Measure-3d Ruler or any third party, you shall be responsible for full compensation:

(1) The personal information you provide is untrue or inconsistent with the information you provided during registration and you fail to provide reasonable proof;

(2) It is confirmed by the effective legal documents issued by the national administrative or judicial authorities that you have committed illegal or infringing acts, or AR Measure-3d Ruler considers that your acts are suspected of violating the contents of this Agreement or the rules of use published by AR Measure-3d Ruler from time to time according to its own judgment, Or suspected of violating the provisions of laws and regulations;

(3) Your behavior interferes with the normal operation of any part or function of AR Measure-3d Ruler membership service;

(4) Without permission of AR Measure-3d Ruler, you use AR Measure-3d Ruler membership service to conduct behavior without consent of AR Measure-3d Ruler, Including but not limited to the commercialization of information obtained through the AR Measure-3d Ruler membership service, such as additional advertising, commercial content or links;

(5) Your personal information and posted content violate national laws and regulations, violate social ethics, public order and good customs, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, have strong political color, cause any controversy, or violate this Agreement and the requirements published on AR Measure-3d Ruler member service platform;

(6) You use AR Measure-3d Ruler membership service to commit any illegal acts.

5. Protection of minors

5.1 AR Measure-3d Ruler attaches great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain the written consent of your guardian before using the service.

5.2 In accordance with the provisions of relevant Laws of China on the validity of minor civil affairs, in order to protect the rights and interests of minors in the process of using the Service, minors shall obtain written consent of your guardian in advance before topping up and consuming the Service. If minors and/or their guardians claim or prove that the recharge behavior is invalid, AR Measure-3d Ruler can refund the recharge amount. Please contact the customer service of the platform to apply for refund. If minors and/or their guardians claim that consumption or use after completion of the recharge is invalid, AR Measure-3d Ruler shall not be responsible for refunding the corresponding consumption amount, nor shall it require AR Measure-3d Ruler to make any compensation or compensation.

Vi. [Liability for Breach of Contract]

5.2 In accordance with the provisions of relevant Laws of China on the validity of minor civil affairs, in order to protect the rights and interests of minors in the process of using the Service, minors shall obtain written consent of your guardian in advance before topping up and consuming the Service. If minors and/or their guardians claim or prove that the recharge behavior is invalid, AR Measure-3d Ruler can refund the recharge amount. Please contact the customer service of the platform to apply for refund. If minors and/or their guardians claim that consumption or use after completion of the recharge is invalid, AR Measure-3d Ruler shall not be responsible for refunding the corresponding consumption amount, nor shall it require 3D AR Measure-3d Ruler to make any compensation or compensation.

6.2 [Treatment of Third-party Damage]

You shall be solely liable for any third party damage caused by your violation of this Agreement; If AR Measure-3d Ruler member service suffers any loss as a result, you should also compensate for the loss.

Vii. Disclaimer

7.1 If you purchase/accept goods or services provided by a third party merchant other than AR Measure-3d Ruler in the exercise of your rights under this Agreement, in case of any dispute, you shall claim your rights against the third party Merchant selling/providing the goods or services, and AR Measure-3d Ruler shall have nothing to do with it.

7.2 You shall be liable for all actions of you and your invited friends when participating in activities organized by AR Measure-3d Ruler Member Service or using various discounts and value-added services provided by AR Measure-3d Ruler Member Service.

7.3AR Measure-3d Ruler shall not be liable to you for any loss caused by the actions or omissions of a third party or for any loss caused by force majeure. Including but not limited to payment service, network access service, communication line failure of telecom department, communication technology problem, network, computer failure, system instability, infringement of any third party, etc.

.7.4 You understand and agree that the service may be interrupted due to force majeure or other risk factors in the process of using the Paid Membership Service. If the above situation occurs, AR Measure-3d Ruler promises to cooperate with relevant units to repair it as soon as possible, but will not bear any loss caused to you and will not refund the paid membership fee.

Viii. [Others]

8.1 [Entry into force of the Agreement] By using the Service, you are deemed to have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

8.4 [Dispute Resolution]

Any disputes or disputes between you and AR Measure-3d Ruler membership services shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, you agree to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court having jurisdiction in the place where this Agreement is signed.

8.5 [Article Title]

The headings of all articles in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no actual meaning in themselves and shall not be used as the basis for interpretation of the meaning of this Agreement.

8.6 [Validity of Terms]

No matter the provisions of this Agreement are partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
